Track your Petrix order, understand shipping statuses, and learn what to do if tracking has not updated.
How to track your order
You can track your order using the order status link sent to your email after checkout.
You may need:
- Your order number.
- The email address used at checkout.
- Your tracking number, if available.
Where to find your tracking number
Your tracking number may appear in:
- Your shipping confirmation email.
- Your Shopify order status page.
- SMS updates, if you opted in.
- Your customer account, if available.
Tracking may take 2 business days to show movement after dispatch.
What each order status means
Order confirmed
We received your order and payment was accepted.
Processing
Your order is being prepared. Processing usually takes 2 business days.
Shipped
Your parcel has been handed to a carrier or shipping partner.
In transit
Your parcel is moving through the shipping network.
Out for delivery
The carrier plans to deliver your parcel soon.
Delivered
The carrier marked your parcel as delivered. Check your mailbox, front door, parcel locker, building reception, or safe place.
Exception or failed delivery
The carrier may need more information, another delivery attempt, customs clearance, or pickup from a local point.
Tracking has not updated
Tracking can pause while a parcel is:
- Moving between carrier facilities.
- Waiting for customs review.
- Transferring to a local delivery partner.
- Moving through peak season volume.
- Awaiting scanning by the carrier.
If tracking has not updated after 4 business days, contact us.

Please check:
- Mailbox.
- Porch or front door.
- Parcel locker.
- Building reception.
- Garage or side door.
- Household members.
- Neighbors.
- Carrier delivery photo or notes.
Then contact us with your order number.
