Warranty overview
Some Petrix products may include a limited warranty if stated on the product page.
Warranty coverage is 90 days from the date of delivery, unless a different period is listed on the product page.
If no warranty is listed for a product, the optional template below may be used or removed.

What may be covered
Eligible warranty claims may include product issues caused by manufacturing defects under normal use.
Examples may include:
- Product does not function as described.
- Charging accessory fails under normal use.
- Connector or component issue not caused by damage or misuse.
- Defect reported within the warranty period.
Coverage depends on review and product eligibility.
What is not covered
Warranty does not usually cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Accidental damage.
- Water damage unless the product is specifically rated for it.
- Misuse or improper handling.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Lost or stolen items.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect function.
- Damage caused by incompatible devices or power sources.
- Issues reported outside the warranty period.
How to submit a warranty claim
Email thepetrix.com@gmail.com with:
- Order number.
- Product name.
- Description of the issue.
- Photos or video showing the issue.
- Any troubleshooting steps already tried.
We may ask for more information before reviewing the claim.
Possible solutions
If a warranty claim is approved, Petrix may offer:
- Replacement.
- Store credit.
- Refund.
- Troubleshooting support.
- Another solution allowed by applicable law.
The solution depends on the product, issue, stock, and applicable consumer rights.
No warranty template
Petrix does not offer a separate product warranty unless stated on the product page. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
